Thank you Dr Khan

I recently had a complicated molar extraction done by Dr. Khan and his assistant, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care I received. Not only was the procedure pain-free and remarkably relaxing, but Dr. Khan and his assistant were incredibly attentive and professional throughout the entire process.

From providing ample advice on post-extraction care to ensuring I was comfortable during the procedure, their expertise and attention to detail were evident every step of the way. Despite the complexity of the extraction, I experienced minimal discomfort in the following days, which speaks volumes to their skill and dedication to patient comfort.

Overall, my experience at Baycliff Dental last Wednesday exceeded all expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend Doctor Khan and his team to anyone in need of dental care. Thank you, Dr. Khan, and your wonderful assistant, for making what could have been a daunting experience into a pain-free and manageable one.

This is an amazing surgery! I am NHS patient and wanted emergency appointment as my denture got damaged. I got appointment and Dr Reza has arranged repair so I can smile with my grandchildren and bite food properly at Christmas!

Khalid and Amira are absolute legends!

Khalid and Amira are absolute legends! I'm super scared about visiting the dentist and I had not found the courage to go for about 5 or 6 years until now, so naturally I needed rather a few fillings doing! Khalid talked me through every step, kept me calm, kept checking in on me and gave me breaks when I needed them. Both Khalid and Amira were really chatty and easy to get along with which made all the difference. Khalid never pushed me to do too many fillings in one sitting so not to panic me. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience, considering it's not my favourite thing to do. I'm really happy with the work done and I'm so glad I've found a practice I feel comfortable with. Sincerest thanks to all of you.

Dr. Winston and staff were excellent!

Had a problematic wisdom tooth removed today.

Dr Winston and all the staff were EXCELLENT. I was a little nervous but their kind and friendly manner along with a clear explanation of the whole procedure took away any anxiety. I was in and out quickly but never felt rushed. I highly recommend them. If your heading hear for an extraction do not fear! It will be great.

Highly reccomend this dental surgery

Visited today for sedation and removal of 2 widsom teeth. Being a denist phobe my anxiety levels were through the roof but everyone in the room wth me, nurses and dentists were extremley kind and patient with me. I cannot thank you enough, being referred to numerous places and being messed about i did not see light at the end of the tunnel. However today was the most smoothly ran appointment I have had in the last 15 months of being in this much pain. So I thank you all dearly and would highly reccomend this dental surgery to those who are in fear just like me

Couldn't ask for better service

Lovely, helpful, professional reception staff and dental assistant. I was especially impressed that I could e-mail to ask for an appointment. The dentist is friendly, knowledgeable and involved me in decisions about my care every step of the way. I've had two awkward procedures recently and didn't feel a thing with either. Also received great aftercare advice.

Very Happy

I have been attending this dentist for years. During this time there has been a very high turnover of dental surgeons which is enough to make anybody uneasy.

My latest visits have included full tooth correction which I am extremely happy with. For years I have been unable to show my teeth when I smile as I was very self conscious about my appearance. Now I can say I will be happily smiling in future.

Great new dentist who I would most definitely recommend to family and friends.

Lovely dentist surgery

I have attended this dentist surgery for many years. I recently attended to find a new dentist! The new dentist was extremely friendly and approachable! I received excellent treatment, advice and all round service! I was pleased to see that the excellent friendly receptionist was still working at this surgery, making everyone feel welcome, valued and keeping the appointment schedule organised as I never waited more than five minutes for each of my appointments!

After not visiting the dentist for a while, I ended up needing several work doing to my teeth. I firstly made an appointment to get a tooth fixed which had snapped twice on me, even after previously having this fixed by a dentist. The dentist in Baycliff immediately suggested another solution and carried out the work I needed on my teeth over a number of weeks. I was more than happy with the outcome and feel he took great time and care to bring out the best results. Before my recent visits to the dentist I was debating moving practice as I don't live close by this one anymore, but I can safely say I will be staying at Baycliff and will be keeping on top of my check ups.

Not scared anymore

There is a new dentist here now and I was so scared to have to make an appointment last week because I had toothache. I was asked to go next day to go in which is very good and the member of staff on the phone was very nice and friendly

The dentists room is very clean and fresh and the nurse is lovely and was so kind when I said I was scared. The dentist was so gentle and explained what I need and how they will do it for me. When I went again i had a tooth out and it was easy which was a big thing because I've been so scared

This dentist is better than the last dentist you don't get rushed and they are nice.

Dentist feedback

Me and my family have been going to this dentists for a long time, we have a dentist who is much better than any of the others that have been here before. You used to feel rushed and uncomfortable, but now this dentist explains everything and even introduced themself in a rely nice way. The assistant is the most friendly and efficient person who always has a smile on their face. I hope this dentist stays for a long time.

Professional

I attended Baycliff surgery yesterday for two extractions, of which one was a molar so I was expecting at least a bit of discomfort. My appointment was at 4.10 ,I left the surgery at 4.20 minus the two teeth. The dentist was brilliant,talked me through the process and advised me on aftercare and for once in my life I actually took notice. Thought I'd be in for a rough night but no bother at all. Thank you to all the staff at the surgery you are all excellent.

Referal for dental extraction

I was referred to your practice for an extraction. as I am taking anti- coagulants and was feeling a little apprehensive being 82 years old .I need not have worried as the treatment I received was absolutely first class. The dentist was brilliant and the staff were very friendly .I cannot praise enough the way I was treated today.

No need to worry

As someone who is very apprehensive about going to the dentist, I honestly could not recommend this practice enough. I was referred needing three extractions, I was terrified, but the dentist and staff couldn't have done more to assure me I was in safe and capable hands. It turned out I only needed two extractions and one filling, which was a relief. I was scared of needing stitches, but this wasn't the case. I was well informed about the aftercare, and now four days later my mouth is healing nicely. Very happy. Wonder what I was ever worried about.

Myself and my family have just transferred to Baycliff Dental & Implant Surgery after previous bad experiences at another local practice.

I must say that from the initial contact at reception to our check up visits with the dentist have been fantastic.

I am booked in to have work completed.

Best dentist ever

First i've seen a one dr around september 2016. We just moved to the area, had horrible pain in my tooth, but had to register first. They were really kind, checked me after filling the papers out, did not have to wait more days. Unfortunately after some antibiotics had to take the tooth out. I was so afraid! But giving the injections took longer than to remove the tooth! Did not feel anything! I was expecting pain after the effect of the needels were gone, but again nothing, did not even became swollen. So if i could say that 'the best extracrion ever'. Dr was very relaxed, calm, friendly, helpful. And this counts a lot! I hated going to the dentist, but not anymore! Last time, about a week ago, i've seen a different dr. They were the same, helpful and friendly! I can just recommend this place!
