Membership provides the perfect way in which we can help you to maintain healthy teeth and gums.

Our Membership Plan gives you the benefit of having regular visits whilst spreading the cost over monthly payments, making treatment affordable and easy for you to budget. 

Being a Member saves you money compared to our private ‘pay-as-you-go’ fees! The plan offers additional benefits exclusive to Members, including discounts on further treatments.

BAYCLIFF GOLD

£13.75 PER MONTH *

BAYCLIFF JUNIOR

£5.50 PER MONTH *

How Do I Join?

Joining as a Member is simple – any of our Practice team will be more than happy to help you!

Just give us a call on 0151 228 2200 and you can talk to one of our team members who will send you an application form!


Alternatively, you can email us at reception@baycliffdentalsurgery.co.uk or we can set you up at our surgery.


Once your application is confirmed by our administering partner, Practice Plan, you can then start to enjoy all of the benefits or being a Baycliff Member! 

Additional information – key terms and conditions of Membership

  • An initial administration fee of £9.50 will be collected with your first payment only;
  • Exclusions apply to any non-clinical work, additional hygiene, hygiene products, sedation fees, orthodontics, implants and any specialist or purely cosmetic treatments;
  • The provision of routine examinations and hygiene visits is subject to receipt of the required consecutive monthly payments;
  • Your monthly payments will be taken on the 8th working day of each month by our administrator partner, Practice Plan Limited, and their name will appear on your bank statement;
  • We are not able to alter the date of the Direct Debit payment;
  • Your discounts will commence following your first monthly payment;
  • If your Direct Debit payments fail consecutively we may cancel your membership, providing you with one month’s notice in writing;
  • Members have a fourteen (14) day Cooling Off Period from the date they complete their Membership application in which to cancel their Membership. If a Member cancels their Membership within this period, any payment they have made towards Membership will be refunded in full, provided they have not accessed any benefits available under Membership;
  • Cancellation within the Cooling Off Period can be actioned by the Member emailing us at practicemanager@baycliffdentalsurgery.co.uk or writing to us at The Practice Manager, Baycliff Dental & Implant Surgery, 73 Baycliff Road, Liverpool, L12 6QT;
  • We require you to be a Member for 3 months before the 20% discount is valid on any non-critical dental treatment
  • If you receive the 20% discount we would require you to remain a Member of our scheme for a minimum of 12-months from signing the agreement. Should you wish to cancel within this period, any discounted fees would become payable.
  • The 20% discount is not available on our Smile Makeover packages.
  • Monthly price subject to change
  • Hygiene entitlements will commence following your first monthly payment;
  • Patients are responsible for making and attending appointments;
  • Appointments are subject to availability;
  • Entitlements not used in any given period will not be carried forward or refunded;
  • Your membership is continuous and does not require renewing each year;
  • Your membership benefits are not transferrable; 
  • In the unlikely event of you cancelling your plan you will be required to pay for your last appointment if it has not been covered by your plan payments;
  • The Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme is a scheme established to offer support and assistance to dental plan patients who request treatment following a dental trauma and/or dental emergency or oral cancer. The Scheme responds to requests for assistance on a wholly discretionary basis. This means that, whilst the Scheme aims to provide benefits in most cases, it has no obligation to provide any benefit unless it first decides (in its sole and absolute discretion) that it should provide a benefit. There are some circumstances in which the Scheme is not designed to help and these are explained in more detail in the Scheme Handbook. Each request will be looked at individually to assess the request for benefit. Certain restrictions and limitations may apply in the event that the request is accepted and it is possible that the Scheme will decide to provide no benefit.
