If you are a private patient and have just completed your treatment with us, you will no doubt want to show and tell all your friends, family and work colleagues about your amazing new smile!

Baycliff Dental & Implant Surgery has now launched a new ‘Refer A Friend’ card. 

For every new private patient that you refer to us, that starts active private treatment with the Practice, you will be rewarded with a £50 gift card! 

Refer A Friend cards are available to pick up at the Practice. Full terms and conditions of the Refer A Friend card promotion are shown below.

Terms and Conditions

• Refer A Friend card promotion applies to private treatment only. NHS treatment not included.
• The awarded £50 gift card reward cannot be exchanged for/ replaced by a cash reward
• £50 gift card reward will only be confirmed once the newly referred patient has committed financially to private treatment, and payment has been received by the Practice.
• Value of treatment agreed to by the newly referred patient must be to the value of £500 or more.
• Person(s) completing the Refer A Friend card must be over 18-years old.
• This promotion is not transferrable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Baycliff Dental & Implant Surgery is not liable for any gift cards issued that are then subsequently lost, stolen, or damaged.
• The gift card reward must be collected from the Practice in person. Gift cards cannot be sent by post. 
• The patient collecting the gift card reward must provide personal Identification (Passport or Driving Licence) to confirm their identity, before the gift card is issued.
• Baycliff Dental & Implant Surgery reserves the right to terminate this promotion without notice, at its own discretion, or due to circumstances beyond its control.
